I provide tailored, person‑centred support through Freedom Ways Support. I believe the best support comes from genuine connection, patience, and truly understanding each individual’s needs — not from a one‑size‑fits‑all approach or rushing through tasks. Support should always feel personal, thoughtful, and grounded in respect.
My background in fitness and remedial massage has shaped the way I help people. I understand how daily habits, structure, movement, and small achievable steps can make a real difference in someone’s confidence and wellbeing. Whether it’s building routines, getting out into the community, staying active, or working toward greater independence, I support people at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
I chose disability support because I genuinely thrive on helping people who need a calm, steady, and understanding presence in their lives. I’ve never believed in treating people like a number or a task list. Every person I work with has a unique story — and their support should reflect that.
No two participants are the same.
No two days are the same.
And no two NDIS plans should ever be treated the same.
This belief motivates me to continue learning and improving so I can support people in ways that truly suit them, not just the paperwork.
I focus on:
• Clear, consistent communication
• Respectful professional boundaries
• Support that adapts to each individual
• A calm, grounded, reliable presence
• Structure, routine, and achievable goals
• Wellness‑focused daily living
• Encouragement without pressure
To enhance structure and clarity for those who want it, I’ve also developed a simple wellbeing and habit‑tracking app. It helps track goals, daily habits, activities, and progress — giving participants a clear sense of achievement and direction.
I maintain all required NDIS‑related clearances, checks, and full insurance appropriate for operating as a sole‑trader support worker. This ensures every client receives safe, compliant, and professional support.
I intentionally work with only a small number of clients at a time. This allows me to stay consistent, reliable, and fully present with each person I support. By keeping my caseload manageable, I can give every client the attention, continuity, and personalised care they deserve.
My goal is simple:
to make life feel easier, more supported, and more achievable for every person I work with — in a way that’s personal to them.
If you’re looking for a support worker who is steady, respectful, and focused on wellness, routine‑building, and independence, I’d be glad to connect and support your goals.
