Freedom Ways Support provides clear, simple, and transparent pricing that aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. All rates are communicated upfront so participants, families, and plan managers always know what to expect.

There are no hidden fees, and all costs are confirmed in your Service Agreement before supports begin.

Hourly Rates

Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
$70 per hour

Saturdays
$85 per hour

Sundays & Public Holidays
$100 per hour

These rates apply to all support types, including:

• Community access

• Daily living assistance

• Skill development and capacity building

• Social participation

• Transport assistance

• Household support

Pricing is consistent and straightforward to ensure clarity for everyone involved.

Travel Costs

Travel During Supports

$0.97 per kilometre

Travel is only charged when transport is provided as part of the support, such as:

• Appointments

• Community access

• Shopping or errands

• Recreational activities

Travel and transport arrangements are always discussed in advance and clearly outlined in the Service Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Freedom Ways Support follows a fair and consistent cancellation policy to support reliability for all clients.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate (as outlined in the Service Agreement).

• If Freedom Ways Support ever needs to cancel, no charges apply and clients are notified as early as possible.

This ensures clear expectations and stable scheduling.

What’s Included in Your Hourly Rate

Your hourly rate covers support for:

• Daily living and household tasks

• Social and community participation

• Appointment and transport assistance

• Skill‑building and routine development

• Activity‑based learning

• Light household assistance

All supports follow internal safety procedures, professional standards, and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
There are no admin fees, membership fees, or additional charges.

Plan Types Accepted

Freedom Ways Support works with:

• Self‑managed participants

• Plan‑managed participants

Invoices are issued promptly and can be sent directly to plan managers if preferred.
