Pricing

At Freedom Ways Support, I provide transparent, easy‑to‑understand pricing that aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. My goal is to make support simple, accessible, and clear for both participants and plan managers.

Hourly Rates

Weekdays (Mon–Fri)

$70 per hour

Saturdays

$85 per hour

Sundays & Public Holidays

$100 per hour

These rates apply to all support types offered, including daily living assistance, community access, social and skill‑building supports, transport assistance, and household support.

Travel Costs

Travel During Supports

$0.97 per kilometre

This covers travel while supporting you (for example: transport to appointments, community access, or errands).

Travel is always discussed beforehand and included clearly in your Service Agreement.

Cancellations

I follow a simple and fair cancellation policy:

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee may be charged, as outlined in your Service Agreement.

• If I ever need to cancel a shift, I will notify you as early as possible and no charges will apply.

This ensures consistency and helps maintain reliable service for all clients.

Support Types Included in These Rates

Your hourly rate covers all supports provided, such as:

• Daily living assistance

• Social and community participation

• Skill development

• Transport and appointment support

• Shopping and household assistance

• Light domestic tasks

There are no hidden fees — everything is explained clearly before services begin.

Plan Types Accepted

I work with:

• Self‑managed participants

• Plan‑managed participants

Invoices are issued promptly and can be sent directly to your plan manager if needed.
